What to Expect

You’ve made the decision to commission a one-of-a-kind Masque Collection by Karnevāl.  Believe me when I say this is what our artists live for!  Your artist team will draw inspiration from your colors, photos, and swatches so don’t forget to send them to us!

By commissioning a private collection you will have access to extras, such as hand-dyed feathers, unique florals, exclusive crystals, and a level of personalization that up to now was only offered to our retail distributors. 

Your collection will be crafted by a team of artists under the direction of a project manager.  We want to make sure your collection exceeds your expectations; therefore all changes to your order MUST be submitted in written form to your project manager, prior to your production date.

Our workshop is busy and busy is….NOISY!  The best way to reach us is via email, but please, rest assured that while we check our email regularly throughout the day, we can't always respond immediately!

Please let us know if you are having your portrait taken prior to your event date, so that we may make arrangements for your masque to ship early.
