Frequently Asked Questions When can I expect my order to arrive?
Standard delivery for in-stock items is 10 business days.Custom Only and Gallery masques generally require 3-4 weeks.
How can I track my order? You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.All domestic US orders are shipped USPS priority mail.Most items are received within 2 days of the date shipped. Tracking for the US postal service is updated once per day at close of business.
How do I track my International order?
International orders are shipped via FedEx International priority and require an additional charge.You will receive a separate invoice for the additional cost prior to your order shipping. International orders allow an additional week for delivery. * About feathers: USDA certificate available upon request.Please check your Countrys policy regarding import of feathers/feathered products.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All forms of payment are accepted; however personal checks may delay production date.

Party Packages & Custom Collections Do you offer discounts? Our website party packages offer customized masque collections for a great value!Karnevāls masques are hand-crafted; therefore we produce a limited amount of product per month.Only a select amount of custom molds are available for discounted party packages and those spaces fill up quickly.
Is a deposit required for custom collections? Yes.A non-refundable Deposit secures your designated production date. All deposits are applied to your order total.Online party packages automatically charge the deposit amount and the remaining balance is due on or before your ship date.
Do you offer samples? No.Photo samples are only offered for custom masques within a package order, not for Custom Only or single order masques.
How does the photo sample work? We provide one photo sample prior to production (usually reserved for the guest of honor custom masque). All photo samples allow one revision, (meaning if something is not right, we will fix it and send another photo sample for approval). Additional photo samples require a $50 fee.
When can I see my photo sample? Photo sample date can be found on the bottom of invoice.
Can I get my order sooner? On occasion guest-of-honor masques are required earlier than the custom collection, so be sure to indicate all firm deadlines with your project manager. Although we cannot guarantee that production dates can be moved forward, Karnevāl makes every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.
Can I order the centerpieces I see on the website? Not at this time.The masquerade centerpieces shown on our website were designed by our artists as examples of what you can do with Karnevāl masques.We provide the finished centerpiece-ready masques for your florist, or event planner to incorporate into your table décor.If you are ordering a custom collection and would like to duplicate a centerpiece you see on our website, your project manager will provide you with information on how to order the components necessary and detailed instructions on how to construct them.
Wholesale Information: Karnevāl is experiencing an increasing demand of consumers wanting to see and feel the quality of our product.
