You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay for your item(s) with a credit card
We accept all major credit cards though our Paypal merchant account. As you continue through the check out procedure you must select the "Paypal" option before you will be asked to select the credit card you wish to use.
We also accept payments and online bank transfers through Paypal. You must have a paypal account in order to use one of those options.
We accept personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders. Orders will be shipped upon confirmation of payment.

Standard delivery for in-stock items is 10 business days. Please allow 3-4 weeks for Gallery and "Custom Only" masques. All US domestic orders are shipped 2-3 day mail through the United States Postal Service. International orders will receive a separate invoice for shipping and customs charges, and take an additional week for processing.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, please give us the opportunity to exceed your expectations. Please remember that while Karnevāls masques are made-to-wear, they are still paper and therefore should be treated with care. Our masks are handcrafted and signed by the artist, making them irreplaceable.
However, If you are not completely satisfied, with the exception of bulk and custom orders, undamaged returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Orders are shipped insured and as Karneval's masques are one-of-a-kind, every precaution is taken to ensure your item is shipped safely. However in the event of damage due to shipping, replacement or a full refund will apply, provided it is requested within 30days of the purchase date. Please allow 3-4 weeks for exchange or credit.
Bulk and custom orders have the option to order a full sample, or receive a free photo sample for approval prior to order fulfillment.
Safety
Karnevāls masques are made-to-wear and therefore all products used to create our masques are Certified AP Non Toxic by the Art & Creative Materials Institute and conform to article ASTM D-4236. We respect the environment and only use products that do not contain CFCs which are known to deplete the ozone layer.
Pigments were developed for the garment industry and have been tested for use on articles intended to come into contact with skin. All feathers are kept in their natural state and may not be suitable for those with certain allergies.
Many of Karnevāls masques are embellished with beads, crystals, bells, feathers and ribbons, items that could present a choking hazard, and are not suitable for young children.
Genuine copper, sterling silver, and a faux gold (copper & zinc) are used for leafing. 23k gold leaf is available usually at an additional cost.
Karnevals masques are paper and should not be submerged in water. Only a damp cloth is necessary for cleaning.
